LocalOps
Compliance & data use
LocalOps sells downloadable business lists and short market briefs — contractor packs for agencies, tools teams, and operators. We do not run email blasts, dialers, or SMS campaigns for you.
Public data sources
Packs are compiled from publicly available business information. Typical sources include public business directories, company websites, and other openly published listings. Fields and coverage vary by market; each pack’s PDF brief notes what was included.
- We aim for business contact and listing data — not personal consumer profiles.
- Accuracy can change over time as businesses open, close, or update details.
- Website percentages and counts on product pages reflect the pack as published.
Removal requests
If you represent a business and want it removed from future pack updates, email:
Include the business name, city, and pack name if known. We will process reasonable removal requests for future editions. Purchased downloads already delivered are not automatically recalled.
Buyer responsibility (CAN-SPAM & related rules)
Buying a list does not grant permission to spam. You are responsible for how you use the data, including but not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM — truthful headers, clear identification, and unsubscribe mechanisms for commercial email.
- TCPA / phone rules — consent requirements for calls and texts where they apply.
- Local and industry rules — any extra requirements in your market or niche.
LocalOps provides data products only. We are not your legal counsel. If you are unsure about outreach practices, get advice before contacting anyone on a list.
